Persons eighteen (18) years old or older who reside within the described boundaries are eligible for membership.

Property owners whose properties are located within the described boundaries are eligible for membership by designating one individual who shall represent the property owner.

Business licensees whose businesses are located within the described boundaries are eligible for membership by designating one individual who shall represent the licensee.

Schools, churches and non-profit organizations whose organizations are located within the described boundaries are eligible for membership by designating one individual who shall represent the organization.

In addition to the above, any individual or organization, whether within the described boundaries or not, may be an Associate Member by paying dues.  Associate Members may participate in all Association activities but cannot vote or hold office.
