Brian Driscoll with the Arkansas Historic Preservation Program will be on
hand to discuss your homes windows.

September 19 Arkansas Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits

Tom Marr with the Arkansas Historic Preservation Program will discuss the
benefits of the historic tax credits

October 17 Weatherization Tips for Your Old House

A panel discussion by green energy and weatherization experts

November 21 Period Furnishings and Colors

Presented by Becky Witsell and handouts provided by Jennifer Carman

January 23 Historic Schools of Little Rock

Rachel Silva with the Arkansas Historic Preservation Program will present
the history of these beautiful architecture buildings

Preservation Conversations will be held on the third Monday of each month at
Curran Hall, 615 East Capitol Avenue in Little Rock. Beginning at 5:00,
Curran Hall will be open for patrons to enjoy a glass of wine, programs
start at 5:30 p.m. and last for one hour. Afterwards, attendees are invited
to keep the conversation going and enjoy a buy one, get one dinner at nearby
Copper Grill, 300 East Third Street.

The Capitol Zoning Dist. Commission will decide the pending rezoning across
from the Capitol, in which an area zoned for buildings three stories tall
would be changed to allow structures five stories tall, at its regular
session, at 5:30 p.m. Thu. Aug. 25th, at 410 S. Battery St., an agency
official confirmed today.
