3^rd Annual Stuff the Bus!
This is the week for the 3rd Annual Stuff the Bus effort coming up on
August 4-5th from 7:00 to 6:00 at the Wal-Mart Store on Maumelle Boulevard.
We are grateful for our partnership with Clear Channel Communication in
allowing us to coordinate this event and share the school supplies with
seven of our community partners to insure we get these school supplies into
the hands of the children who need them the most. Attached you will find the
promotional flyer about the event.

Please help us promote this event.  We'd love
for everyone who can to bring one bag full of school supplies to help us
with this endeavor. Some of you might prefer to donate money and we'll be
glad to receive those funds and spend every bit of that money to purchase
school supplies for the kids. If you want to donate funds, you can make the
check to City Connections, Inc. and earmark "Stuff the Bus."

If you'd like to volunteer and help us for a block of time at the Wal-Mart
Store on the days of the event (Aug 4th & 5th), drop me a note and let me
know the preferred time you'd like to work.

Please take a minute now and share this note with
others. We anticipate serving 300-500 children
and youth through this effort! You'll see on the flyer the different
organizations we are working with to distribute these school supplies into
the hands of the children who need them the most.
